Job Title: Commercial Account Manager Location: Oxfordshire – Hybrid Working Salary: £30,000 – £40,000 + 10% Commission on GP
We are looking for an experienced Commercial Account Manager to join a well-established technology services provider. This is a great opportunity for an individual with a strong sales background to manage and develop client relationships, working across a variety of commercial accounts. The ideal candidate will be driven to achieve sales targets and build long-term partnerships with clients.
In this role, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of clients, identifying opportunities for growth, and ensuring a high level of service. You will work closely with internal teams to provide tailored solutions and drive revenue growth.
- Manage and grow a portfolio of commercial accounts, ensuring client satisfaction and retention.
- Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts to increase revenue.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver customized solutions and services to clients.
- Drive sales activity, including renewals, upselling, and cross-selling.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs, driving profitability for both the company and clients.
- Provide regular updates and reports on account performance and opportunities for growth.
- Stay informed about industry trends and competitors to bring added value to clients.
- Proven experience in account management or sales, ideally within the technology or IT services sector.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to identify sales opportunities and drive business growth.
- A proactive, results-driven approach with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Experience working with both small and large clients.
- Strong organisational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a hybrid environment.
