• Supporting existing clients by working with the latest Microsoft Technologies (Microsoft 365, Azure and Windows Server).
• Providing technical assistance on implementation and migrations.
• Collaborating with other teams within the business to ensure issues are resolved efficiently and in a timely manner.
• Upholding a high level of customer service to our valued clients.
• Providing onsite support when necessary.

• Ideally hold 3+ years of experience working for a managed service provider.
• Must be competent in supporting and administering Microsoft 365, Azure AD/Entra and Windows Server.
• Knowledge across, SQL Server, Active Directory, Powershell, Windows Networking, Basic Routing/Switching/Firewalls if preferable.
• Applicants will hold up to date Microsoft Certifications (Associate or Expert).
• A great level of Customer Service.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• A keen desire to learn and progress with a strong analytical mind and troubleshooting skills.
