An industry leading Audio-Visual Solutions Provider is looking for an AV Project Engineer to work in a hybrid model split between travel to customer sites and the office. Being the technical face of the company means you will be the key point of contact for the customer post sales, working with the Presales team to understand their technical needs, create a design pack, and work with the Project Management team on delivery. You'll have the opportunity to work with the newest technologies on the market, with continuous support to learn and develop your skills as you progress into Team leadership or Solutions Architect in the future.
As AV Project Engineer, you will be an integral part of growing the business. Your work will be split across customer engagements, and product development. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Respond for designing the schematic for implementation.
- Using your experience to advise on product developments and assist in product creation.
- Support the sales team in the delivery of works.
- Work side by side with project managers.
- Support the Projects Engineers in growing the team.
- Assist in product development and creation.
The business is committed to supporting you to achieve success and offers hybrid and flexible working so you can work however is best for you. The business does ask that you have:
- At least 2 years of design experience.
- Experience designing schematics for AV Solutions.
- Experienced in Corporate AV and implementation.
- Experience in Meeting/conference rooms.
- Be experienced with the Likes of Crestron, Microsoft Teams, and Zoom.
- Customer liaising experience.
- Able to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical customers.
