Job Title: Project Manager - High-End Residential Audio Visual (AV) Location: London (Flexible Working) Salary: £50,000 – £60,000

As Project Manager, you’ll oversee the delivery of bespoke residential AV projects from inception to completion. You’ll work closely with the design, sales, and installation teams, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standard.
You’ll also act as a key client liaison, building strong, long-term relationships and ensuring exceptional service at every stage of the project.
- Manage AV projects from design to handover, ensuring successful delivery.
- Coordinate with design, sales, and installation teams.
- Liaise with clients and third-party contractors, maintaining clear communication throughout.
- Oversee rack design, system drawings, and procurement of equipment.
- Conduct and review Risk Assessments and Method Statements (RAMS).
- Manage project budgets, invoicing, variations, and quotes.
- Attend and lead client meetings; provide system handovers.
- Suggest technical or design alternatives to improve efficiency and value.
- Ensure timely project updates and team coordination.
- Support, guide, and motivate on-site teams, giving feedback to the design department as needed.
We’re looking for a proactive and technically-minded Project Manager with strong residential AV experience and the drive to take ownership of projects.
- Minimum 5 years’ project management experience within the residential AV sector.
- Hands-on background as an AV Engineer or strong technical understanding of AV systems.
- In-depth knowledge of: Crestron, Savant, Lutron, and Control4.
- Understanding of cinema systems, surround sound, and electrical fundamentals.
- Strong communication and client-facing skills.
- Excellent organisation and problem-solving abilities.
- Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
