This opportunity is at a leading Managed Service Provider who are committed to providing exceptional IT services to their clients. The business is seeking a talented Cloud Support Engineer to join the dynamic team on a 6-month contract. This role will allow you to work in a cloud focused role acting as the point of contract for all support issues. Hybrid working will be a mix of remote/ home-working and in-office work, to help you hit the ground running while also supporting you to work however is best for you.

As Cloud Support Engineer, you will be a key part of the team, focusing directly on Support and Troubleshooting of cloud technologies, your responsibilities will include:

• Troubleshooting issues across AWS and Azure platforms
• Delivering across both the internal and external support.
• Manage incoming support tickets, whilst also working proactively.
• Provide regular professional, frequent and relevant customer communication.

You will have the opportunity to gain valuable, career enhancing experience working with the latest technology on the market. The business does ask that you have:

• 3 years' experience working in an Infrastructure Support based role.
• Experience working with Cloud technologies AWSD and Azure.
• Knowledge of working on Virtualization and M365 products.
• Ideally have Managed Service experience.
• Must be able to interphase with both technical and non-technical customers.
