• Programming, commissioning and testing large-scale Crestron systems for high-end residential projects.
• Customising and adapting Crestron code using SIMPL and SIMPL+ to meet project requirements.
• Integrating third-party systems including AV, lighting, HVAC, security and data networks.
• Developing user interfaces using tools such as VTPro and Construct.
• Collaborating with design, engineering and installation teams throughout the project lifecycle.
• Providing aftercare support, troubleshooting and maintenance for existing systems.
• Assisting with wider integration platforms where relevant (e.g. KNX, Control4, Savant, AMX, Lutron).

• A minimum of 2 years’ experience working with Crestron systems.
• Strong proficiency in Crestron programming and familiarity with the full product ecosystem.
• Demonstrated experience integrating Crestron with AV, lighting, HVAC, security and network systems.
• A logical, methodical approach to programming and problem-solving.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings, schematics and documentation.
• Clear communication skills and confidence working with clients and on multi-trade sites.
• Comfortable working independently or as part of a wider engineering and project team.
• Willingness to travel, including occasional overseas work when required.

• UI development experience (e.g. HTML5).
• Basic electronics and cable-termination skills.
