As the new Head of IT Access Operations, you will spearhead the strategic development and management of procedures and Operations, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations and contributing to the ongoing success of the business. Your responsibilities will include:

• Designing and constructing the IT Services Operations, a key focus of your role.
• Overseeing and ensuring the strategy of the operational assurance.
• Have an operational owner for key supplier contracts and relationship.
• Have ownership of internal or outsourced operational services.

• Previous experience in IT Operations, and Network Assurance.
