An IT Solution Provider based in East-Yorkshire are looking for an Infrastructure Analyst to join their team on an extremely hybrid and flexible basis. The business offers Microsoft Cloud solutions. The business offers training and development support, as they endeavour to support the professional development of their team: Offering support for training and with earning additional certifications. The business also offers hybrid working for its team, with a mix of in-office and home-based working. This role will also require eligibility to gain SC Clearance due to government-based customers.

As Infrastructure Analyst, you will deliver 3rd line support, specialising in Microsoft Intune managed services to a variety of clients. Your day-to-day tasks will include:

• Acting as the escalation point for all Intune queries within the team.
• Testing and building of new infrastructure environments.
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve complex issues for customers.
• Effective use of ITSM tools to manager customer tickets and ensure issues are resolved efficiently.
• Work with other members of the support team, to troubleshoot and diagnose issues.

• 2+ Years of experience in an IT infrastructure support role.
• Hands on experience with Intune, high level support and configuration.
• Knowledge and understanding of a range of key vendors: Microsoft, VMware etc.
• A strong understanding of ITIL.
• Previous experience in a support role dealing with tickets.
• Customer service and communication skills.
• Being able to work on your own, while also able to communicate effectively as part of a team.
• Industry relevant certifications are ideal, but not essential.
• To be considered for this role, you must be UK based and eligible for SC Clearance.
