An award-winning Cisco Gold Partner is looking for an IT Sales Account Manager to join their fast-growing team on a completely remote basis, and to grow their existing client base as the business continues to grow and expand. The company are an industry leading managed service provider, that delivers in to mid and large enterprise clients, and is partnered with many of the top vendors in tech. A well-established company, they're looking to expand their services and offerings, as they aim to increase their position as one of the UK's leading Cisco consultancies. All of which means you'll be working with experts in the market and working with the latest tech and design solutions on the market, making your role easier and increasing your earning potential. And of course, as a fully remote position, the business will support you to work however is best for you.

Role & Responsibilities

As IT Sales Account Manager you will work closely with the business' Business Development Managers to acquire new clients for the business. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

  • Work with senior managers to develop comprehensive sales strategies to identify new business opportunities.
  • Identify opportunities for growth and new business acquisitions.
  • Be involved in negotiations, completing new sales and business acquisition deals.
  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of Cisco solutions, to effectively understand and address client needs, and sell the business services.
  • Build relationships with key stakeholders, from target companies and throughout your wider network.
  • Collaborate with other teams when necessary to successfully complete sales, such as sales, marketing, and production teams.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to negotiations and closing.
  • Track and report on sales data and metrics, providing regular updates to senior managers in the Sales team.
Your Skills & Experience

The business is committed to your success, and will give you the support, equipment, and any tech that you need to work at your best in a fully remote role. The business does ask that you have:

  • 2+ years of sales experience within an IT services business, with an understanding of Cisco technology.
  • A record of successfully completing deals in a B2B background.
  • A passion for delivering a high-level of customer service.
  • You will have previous experience of conversing with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong analysis and problem-solving skills.
  • Communication, negotiation, and people skills.
