• Support senior engineers with installation and servicing of residential AV systems.
• Assist in preventative maintenance visits and complete accurate reports.
• Work on upgrades and small projects under supervision.
• Shadow experienced engineers to build skills across audio, video, lighting, and control systems.
• Learn to diagnose and resolve faults with AV, network, and control systems.
• Maintain tidy, safe working practices in high-end residential environments.

• Basic knowledge of Audio Visual systems (Crestron, Savant, Lutron, or similar).
• Understanding of cabling, connectors, and technical drawings.
• Good problem-solving and fault-finding ability.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Willingness to learn, develop new skills, and gain certifications.
• Full UK driving licence and flexibility for travel.
