This is an exciting entry-level role for someone looking to build a long-term career in the Audio-Visual and Video Conferencing industry. As a Junior AV/VC Field Engineer, you will:

• Act as the first responder to service desk tickets, aiming for a 2-hour response time.
• Deliver remote fixes where possible, or attend client sites for next-day onsite fixes.
• Handle 3–4 service calls per day.
• Work alongside senior engineers, gaining significant hands-on exposure to a variety of AV systems.
• Assist with configurations and support wider AV service projects.

• 1-2 years’ experience in AV or Video Conferencing support.
• Good IT knowledge with a basic understanding of networks (e.g., IP addressing).
• Experience with Biamp, Q-SYS, or Logitech is an advantage.
• Strong troubleshooting ability with a customer-facing, proactive approach.
• Willingness to travel for client visits.
• Eager to grow and develop a career in AV (not suited to live events or residential backgrounds).
