• Lead the company’s service and support offering for completed projects and customers.
• Carry out in-person and remote service visits, system health checks, and upgrades.
• Build, commission, and test system racks and control panels for lighting, HVAC, and automation systems.
• Manage stock movements and logistics in and out of the company’s workshop.
• Liaise with other departments to ensure seamless project delivery.
• Support the on-site engineering team on installations when required.

• Proven experience in the AV / Home Automation industry.
• Strong technical knowledge of systems including Crestron Home, Control4, and Lutron QS(X).
• Good understanding of IT/networking protocols and infrastructure.
• Familiarity with CCTV, intercoms, BMS, and shading systems is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive, solutions-driven mindset.
• Confident communicator with strong client-facing skills.
• Highly organised and able to prioritise tasks independently.
• Full UK driving licence required.
