They partner with organisations to take AI initiatives from proof of concept through to fully deployed, production-grade solutions, working across multiple sectors including financial services, healthcare, consumer goods, and technology.

We are seeking an experienced ML & AI Engineer to join a high-performing consulting team delivering complex AI solutions for enterprise clients. The role is hands-on and delivery-focused, covering the full AI lifecycle, from early-stage discovery and PoC through to implementation, deployment, and live model ownership.

This role suits someone with strong technical depth who is comfortable operating in a client-facing consulting environment.

• Lead end-to-end delivery of ML and AI solutions from PoC to production.
• Design, build, and deploy LLM and Generative AI solutions, including RAG pipelines and agentic workflows.
• Develop scalable ML pipelines, APIs, and services for enterprise use cases.
• Implement robust model testing, monitoring, and optimisation processes.
• Work closely with client stakeholders to translate business problems into technical solutions.
• Present findings, demos, and recommendations to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Contribute to solution design, scoping, and presales activity where required.
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to best practice across delivery teams.

• 7+ years’ experience in Data Science, ML Engineering, or AI roles.
• Proven experience delivering production ML systems, not just experimentation.
• Strong Python development skills.
• Hands-on experience with LLMs / Generative AI, including frameworks such as LangChain or similar.
• Experience building APIs and services using FastAPI / Flask / Streamlit.
• Experience working in a consultancy or client-facing delivery role.
• Strong understanding of ML model validation, testing, and deployment best practices.
