Job Title: Sales Development Representative (SDR) Location: Hybrid - 3 days in office (Abingdon or Southampton) Salary: £30,000 – £50,000 base (DOE) + commission
We’re working with a growing and forward-thinking technology business looking to hire a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to support their expanding commercial team.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a driven B2B sales professional to break into or further develop within the IT/technology space, with clear earning potential and genuine career progression.
- Proactively identifying and engaging new business opportunities
- Booking qualified meetings for senior sales colleagues
- Building relationships with prospective clients across a B2B landscape
- Attending and representing the business at networking events
- Working closely with marketing and sales teams to drive pipeline growth
- Maintaining accurate records of activity and pipeline
- Proven experience in B2B sales / business development
- Ideally experience in IT or technology sales (not essential)
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- A proactive, target-driven mindset
- Genuine interest in the technology sector
- Confidence in both phone-based outreach and face-to-face networking
- £30,000 – £50,000 base salary (depending on experience)
- Commission paid on meetings booked and attended
- Additional incentives for networking and outbound activity
- Hybrid working – 3 days in office (Abingdon or Southampton)

Progression Opportunities
This role comes with a clear pathway for career growth within 12–18 months, with the opportunity to move into a full 360 Sales / Account Executive role, owning deals end-to-end or an SDR Team Lead position, mentoring and managing junior team members
