Job Title: Salesforce Administrator Location: Manchester (Hybrid / Flexible Working) Salary: Up to £50,000 DOE

This role sits within a growing transformation function and will play a key part in the ongoing optimisation and development of the organisation’s Salesforce environment.
As a Salesforce Administrator, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management, optimisation, and continuous improvement of the Salesforce platform.
Key responsibilities include:
- Configuring and maintaining Salesforce objects, fields, page layouts, flows, validation rules, and reporting functionality
- Managing user accounts, permissions, profiles, and security settings
- Supporting Salesforce users across the business by troubleshooting issues and providing guidance
- Delivering user training and documentation to improve adoption and usability
- Gathering business requirements and translating them into effective Salesforce solutions
- Managing data imports, exports, cleansing, and deduplication activities
- Creating dashboards and reports to support business insight and decision-making
- Supporting automation initiatives using Salesforce Flows and approval processes
- Coordinating testing and communication around Salesforce releases and platform updates
- Identifying opportunities for process improvements and system optimisation
- Working closely with stakeholders, third-party vendors, and developers where required
- Supporting wider transformation initiatives outside of Salesforce when required
- Previous experience working as a Salesforce Administrator or in a similar Salesforce-focused role
- Strong understanding of Salesforce platform configuration and administration
- Experience supporting Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or Marketing Cloud environments
- Understanding of CRM processes and business workflows
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Ability to manage multiple priorities independently
- Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on continuous improvement
Desirable experience:
- Salesforce Administrator Certification (ADM 201)
- Experience working within transformation or change-focused environments
- Exposure to integrations with third-party business systems
