An international, industry-leading business is looking for an SAP FI/CO Business Analyst to join their established and growing SAP team based in Munich. The business offers hybrid and flexible working, with a mix of in-office and home-based/ remote working. The business is part of a multi-billion-euro, international organisation that employs more than 80,000 employees in over 200 locations around the globe, generating over €22 billion last year alone. Although what they pride themselves on, is sustainability and product quality. They are now looking to invest in their SAP team with an experienced SAP Business Analyst who can support their SAP systems as they continue to expand.

As part of SAP & Business Analyst Team, be the bridge between the business (BPO Finance, BPO Controlling & Key Users) and different stakeholders (Group SAP Competence Center, SAP provider, integrated system providers). Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Be responsible for the development & implementation of solution roadmaps, ensuring successful operation across the business.
• Present business improvement opportunities through existing or new applications to business functions.
• Train users on the SAP processes.
• Translate Business requirements into technical documents.
• As part of Project Teamwork for the implementation of defined solutions/projects.
• 2nd level support when necessary.

The business will offer you training relevant to your role and SAP, career progression opportunities, and flexible working to help you to work how is best for you. The business does, however, ask that you have:

• Business process experience.
• SAP FI/CO configuration/ customising experience.
• Good understanding and knowledge of SAP Financial and Controlling processes.
• Experience working on a global business scale.
• S/4 HANA knowledge is a big bonus but is not essential.
• Experience working with senior stakeholders.
• Strong communication skills.
• Fluency in German and English (C Level).
