A fast-growing Value-Added Reseller (VAR) is seeking anexperienced and ambitious Senior Account Manager or Account Director to jointheir dynamic commercial team. • Manage and grow a portfolio of existing accounts, ensuring excellent client relationships and continued revenue growth
• Identify and close new business opportunities within target sectors
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline, consistently working towards sales targets
• Work closely with technical and delivery teams to create tailored IT solutions for clients
• Develop strategic account plans and contribute to the wider commercial strategy
• Represent the business in meetings with decision-makers across a wide range of industries

• Demonstrated success in IT sales, ideally within a VAR, MSP or B2B tech sales environment
• Strong account management skills with the ability to both farm and hunt
• A professional network that could add immediate value is highly desirable
• Confident communicator, able to build trust and rapport at all levels
• Commercially astute, target-driven and self-motivated
• Proven ability to hit and exceed sales targets in a competitive environment

• £40,000 - £60,000 basic salary depending on experience
• Uncapped commission with a generous 20%+ structure
