As a Senior AV Engineer, you will lead on-site delivery of high-spec residential AV installations, managing projects from start to finish under the guidance of the Project Manager. You’ll act as the main point of contact on-site, coordinate engineers and subcontractors, and ensure work is completed to an exceptional standard. This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives in dynamic, high-value environments and wants to make a real impact. Occasional UK and international travel is required, along with regular visits to HQ for rack builds and equipment pickup.

• Minimum 10 years’ experience in Prime/Super Prime residential AV projects
• Strong experience with: Crestron Home, Control4, and Lutron HomeWorks
• Advanced networking knowledge, particularly with Ubiquiti/UniFi (VLANs, routing, switching, fault-finding)
• Excellent leadership, organisational, and mentoring skills
• Ability to work independently under pressure and deliver best-in-class results
• Professional client communication and discretion
• Clean UK driving licence and willingness to travel internationally for short project periods
