We are seeking a highly skilled Senior AV Engineer to leadand deliver high-end residential and commercial audiovisual projects. You willtake ownership of installations from start to finish, ensuring exceptionalstandards, smooth project delivery, and strong client satisfaction. This roleoffers progression into Project Management for the right candidate.

• Lead and manage AV projects on site, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.
• Install, program, and troubleshoot AV, lighting, and control systems (Crestron, Lutron, Savant).
• Manage and coordinate on-site engineers and subcontractors.
• Liaise directly with clients, maintaining professional communication and relationships.
• Maintain site quality control to exceptional standards.
• Oversee networking setup and integration across AV systems.
• Ensure projects are completed within agreed scope, timelines, and budgets.

• Strong background in AV installation and integration.
• Hands-on experience with control systems (Crestron, Lutron, Savant, Control4) and networking (Unifi, Ubiquiti, Ruckus), including VLANs, VPNs, IP addressing, routing, switching, and fault finding.
• Strong leadership and organisational skills with the ability to manage teams and subcontractors.
• High-level attention to detail and a commitment to exceptional quality.
• Ability to remain calm and deliver under pressure, especially on high-value projects.
