As a Senior Project Manager, you will be the bridge between vision and reality. You will take full ownership of the project lifecycle, from initial design oversight to final client handover, ensuring every detail meets our "gold standard" for quality and innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Leadership: Act as the primary point of contact for high-net-worth clients, design teams, and site contractors.
• Technical Oversight: Manage rack design, system schematics, and ongoing technical adjustments throughout the build.
• Team Management: Lead a dedicated Project Support Team and onsite engineers to ensure seamless execution.
• Commercial Management: Take accountability for project finances, including invoicing, variations, procurement, and margins.
• Safety & Standards: Maintain rigorous onsite safety standards and oversee the issuance of RAMS.

We are looking for a technical leader who isn't afraid to get stuck in when problem-solving is required.

• Expert System Knowledge: High proficiency in Crestron, Savant, and Lutron (Lighting & AV) is essential.
• High-End Cinema: Proven experience with specialist surround sound and cinema environments.
• Technical Literacy: Ability to design, read, and interpret complex electrical and technical drawings.
• Field Experience: A solid background in site-based engineering and fault-finding.
• Leadership: Strong people management skills with the ability to motivate teams and manage stakeholder expectations.
• Requirements: Full UK Driving Licence and willingness to participate in a weekend support rota.
