An organisation that is leading the way in providing data management systems for some of the country's biggest household names such as United Utilities, Royal Mail and the NHS is looking for a Software Engineer to join their UK team on a completely remote working basis. The business has embarked on a real push into modern-day development and are looking for a Software Engineer to help pave the way, with a 6-month contract.

A Software Engineer you will join a growing agile development team responsible for the full development life cycle of cutting-edge greenfield projects. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Contribute to the design, development, and implementation of software, testing and writing automated tests along the way.
• Full development lifecycle of greenfield solutions.
• Day to day use of the .NET framework (.NET Core).
• Adhering to Test Driven Development methodology.

The business will support you to work however is best for you, with completely remote and flexible working. The business does ask that you have:

• 5+ years experience working with, and a strong understanding of the .NET framework is essential for this role.
• Experience working with .NET Core.
• Knowledge of Kubernetes.
• Experience working with SQL Databases.
• Exposure to cloud technologies, ideally Azure is also beneficial.
• Adhere to TDD.
• Advocate of Agile development.
