An exceptional opportunity has arisen for an experienced Aftercare Manager to join a market-leading organisation within the high-end residential AV sector.

This position requires a confident and professional individual capable of managing premium client relationships, leading a dedicated aftercare team, and ensuring the consistent delivery of outstanding service to discerning clientele.

• Oversee customer satisfaction and nurture long-term client relationships.
• Act as the primary point of escalation between clients and the Aftercare team.
• Lead, develop, and motivate team members to achieve key performance objectives.
• Drive continuous improvement across service delivery and operational processes.
• Identify and implement opportunities to enhance service revenue.
• Collaborate effectively with senior management to resolve complex issues.
• Maintain a professional approach when dealing with Prime and Super Prime clients.

• Proven background in client relations, account management, or customer service within a premium or technical environment.
• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Proficient in ticketing or contract management systems with excellent attention to detail.
• Commercially aware, with the ability to balance client expectations and company objectives.
• Calm, confident, and composed when dealing with high-profile clients.

• £45,000 basic + up to £10,000 commission potential through upselling services.
• Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM.
• 20 days + bank holidays, increasing by 3 days after 2 years’ service.
