• Assemble and wire AV systems according to design drawings and cable schedules.
• Mount and install projectors, screens, speakers, amplifiers, and control systems.
• Pre-configure and test systems in the workshop prior to site delivery.
• Support Project and Site Managers during large-scale installations on client sites.
• Logically troubleshoot and resolve technical issues as they arise during installation.
• Provide on-site technical support and system maintenance when required.
• Ensure all work meets health and safety standards while building strong client relationships.

• Strong technical knowledge of professional audio, video, and control systems.
• Attention to detail for cabling, mounting, and hardware setup.
• Confident communicator and team player with excellent interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to logically test, configure, and troubleshoot complex AV systems.
• Proficiency with computer systems and technical documentation.
• Full, clean UK driving licence.
• Previous experience with commercial or high-end AV installations preferred.
