Job Title: AV Technical Project Manager Location: London & South East (Hybrid / Site-Centric) Salary: £55,000 – £60,000 + Bonus (OTE £70,000+)

- Manage the full lifecycle of corporate AV projects from initial brief through to final delivery and handover.
- Work closely with sales teams during pre-sales to support site surveys, high-level designs and costings.
- Develop detailed technical documentation including schematics, low-level designs and wiring schedules.
- Act as the technical lead across projects, troubleshooting and resolving complex issues.
- Oversee on-site engineers and subcontractors to ensure projects are delivered to a high standard.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope and aligned to client expectations.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery and communication across projects.
- Strong technical background within AV, ideally from an engineering or commissioning role.
- Proven experience delivering corporate AV projects such as boardrooms, auditoriums and AV over IP environments.
- Deep understanding of signal flow, control systems and DSP technologies.
- Experience producing technical documentation including schematics and system designs.
- Strong client-facing communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts clearly.
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and complex project environments.
- A proactive and driven mindset with the ambition to progress into senior leadership roles.
- Competitive base salary of £55,000 – £60,000.
- Proven bonus structure with realistic on-target earnings exceeding £70,000.
