• Manage the full lifecycle of corporate AV projects from initial brief through to final delivery and handover.
• Work closely with sales teams during pre-sales to support site surveys, high-level designs and costings.
• Develop detailed technical documentation including schematics, low-level designs and wiring schedules.
• Act as the technical lead across projects, troubleshooting and resolving complex issues.
• Oversee on-site engineers and subcontractors to ensure projects are delivered to a high standard.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope and aligned to client expectations.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery and communication across projects.

• Strong technical background within AV, ideally from an engineering or commissioning role.
• Proven experience delivering corporate AV projects such as boardrooms, auditoriums and AV over IP environments.
• Deep understanding of signal flow, control systems and DSP technologies.
• Experience producing technical documentation including schematics and system designs.
• Strong client-facing communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts clearly.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and complex project environments.
• A proactive and driven mindset with the ambition to progress into senior leadership roles.

• Competitive base salary of £55,000 – £60,000.
