A well-established Reseller/MSP is seeking an ambitious IT Sales Professional to join their growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to develop their career with a company that offers excellent career progression, ongoing training, and an attractive commission structure.

Role & Responsibilties
  • New Business Development: Targeting both new clients and account retention
  • Account Growth: Identifying cross/upsell opportunities within existing client base
  • Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing new business
  • Work alongside pre-sales engineers for complex infrastructure upgrades (on-site and cloud solutions)
  • Provide quotations and project advice to clients based on their needs
  • Negotiate with suppliers to maintain healthy margins and meet sales targets
  • Attend face-to-face meetings with clients when appropriate
Your Skills & Experience
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in IT sales (from an IT reseller or MSP background)
  • Proven track record of consistently hitting or exceeding sales targets
  • A strong drive to succeed and an interest in IT and technology
  • Excellent communication and client relationship-building skills
  • Ability to work autonomously and under pressure
  • Based within a commutable distance of Oxfordshire
