We are looking for an entry-level CDT (Computer-Aided Design & Documentation) Administrator to join our Field Services team.
This role sits at the centre of project delivery, supporting the coordination of drawings, documentation, and project information from design through to completion.
You will play a key role in ensuring engineers, designers, and project managers are working from accurate, up-to-date information—helping projects run smoothly and reducing errors or rework.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Supporting the preparation of technical drawings and project documentation
- Assisting with design information take-offs for project delivery
- Maintaining and updating project documentation throughout the lifecycle
- Producing as-built drawings and handover documentation packs
- Managing central document and drawing repositories
- Supporting engineers and project teams with accurate, up-to-date information
- Assisting with documentation for tenders, quotations, and project planning
- Tracking and maintaining changes to project documentation
- Strong attention to detail and a structured, organised approach
- Good communication skills and confidence working with technical teams
- A logical mindset and willingness to learn new systems and processes
- A proactive attitude with a sense of ownership and accountability
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work to deadlines
Desirable (but not essential):
- Exposure to CAD tools such as AutoCAD
- Background in construction, engineering, or mechanical environments
- Experience working with technical drawings or project documentation
