• Lead, mentor, and support a small team of Business Central developers.
• Design, develop, and deliver customisations, extensions, and integrations within Dynamics 365 Business Central (BC/NAV).
• Oversee solution design, architecture, and code reviews to ensure best practice.
• Collaborate with consultants, project managers, and clients to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Manage projects across the full lifecycle, from scoping through to go-live support.
• Support upgrades and migrations from NAV to Business Central Cloud.
• Identify opportunities to improve development processes, automation, and technical standards.

• Proven experience as a Dynamics 365 Business Central / Dynamics NAV Developer.
• Strong technical skills in AL, C/AL, Visual Studio Code, and extensions.
• Experience with integrations, APIs, Azure services, Power Platform, and SQL (desirable).
• Knowledge of SDLC, agile methodologies, and DevOps practices.
• Previous experience leading, mentoring, or supporting a development team.
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach to working with clients and colleagues.
• Ideally, experience gained within a Microsoft Partner environment.

• Salary up to £80,000 plus benefits.
