This is a rare chance to join a long-standing, specialist AV integrator that has recently undergone a complete strategic transformation. With over 30 years of industry legacy, the business has spent the last four years rebuilding its internal infrastructure and processes from the ground up to support a new era of growth.
The company is currently "punching well above its weight," securing some of the most prestigious audio and visual contracts in the UK, including a record-breaking large-scale audio refresh and high-profile projects for global streaming giants. You will be joining a nimble, highly organized team of six that is now primed to scale significantly.

- Commissioning: Handle the programming and commissioning of basic audio/control systems while collaborating with specialists on more complex platforms.
- Engineering Support: Provide guidance to installation teams and remain willing to get "hands-on" with installs when required to ensure a project crosses the finish line.

- Design Expertise: Proven ability to design AV systems and translate client needs into practical, high-performance solutions.
- Manufacturer Knowledge: Extensive technical understanding of products and solutions from leading industry manufacturers.
- Infrastructure Mastery: Strong grasp of signal flow, AV infrastructure, and system integration principles.
- Communication: Excellent internal and client-facing communication skills with a sharp eye for detail.
- Salary: £60,000 – £65,000 (Flexible for the right candidate).
- Location: Remote-friendly / Office-based in the Southwest. You must be comfortable with national travel (approx. 1 week per month) and visiting the office every 2–3 weeks.
- Benefits: 25 days holiday, pension scheme, and the option to take overtime as either additional pay or holiday.
- Bonus: Potential for a discretionary performance bonus.
