As Microsoft Consultant, you'll lead the design and delivery of Microsoft Purview and Entra ID solutions for public sector clients, working across the full project lifecycle from pre-sales scoping through to post-delivery documentation.

• Lead the design and implementation of Microsoft Cloud Security and Compliance solutions for customers
• Assist in scoping and design workshops to understand client challenges and propose appropriate solutions
• Write pre- and post-delivery documentation including statements of work
• Work closely with the project management team to ensure milestones and deadlines are met
• Diagnose and resolve technical challenges for customers throughout delivery

• Experience as a Senior Support Engineer, Technical Consultant, or internal technical specialist in a similar Microsoft-focused role
• Hands-on expertise in Microsoft Purview, including DLP, Sensitivity Labels, Data Lifecycle Management, and Data Governance
• Entra ID, covering Identity and Access Management with hybrid identities
• Entra ID Security, including Conditional Access, PIM, IDP, RBAC, and M365 CIS/NCSC best practices
• Competent in designing and implementing complex Microsoft technology solutions
• Able to develop design documentation and technical deliverables to a high standard
• Microsoft Information Protection and Compliance Administrator Associate (SC-400/401) is essential
• Azure Security Administrator Associate (AZ-500), Identity and Access Administrator Associate (SC-300), Security Operations Analyst Associate (SC-200), and Microsoft 365 Administrator Expert (MS-102) are desirable
• Bonus: Microsoft Defender experience across Endpoint, Office 365, Identity, Cloud Apps, and Cloud
