• Lead and manage multiple projects simultaneously, from inception to completion.
• Work closely with clients to understand requirements and deliver tailored solutions.
• Develop project plans, outlining timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
• Coordinate with internal teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure successful delivery.
• Monitor project progress, proactively addressing risks and issues.
• Provide regular client updates through meetings and reporting.
• Oversee project budgets, ensuring financial targets are met.
• Ensure compliance with health & safety standards and company policies.
• Deliver exceptional results that exceed client expectations.

• Proven experience as a Project Manager within the AV or IT sector, ideally with high-end residential or commercial projects.
• Strong technical knowledge of integrated systems and technology.
• Excellent organisation, multitasking, and stakeholder management skills.
• Confident communicator with strong client-facing abilities.
• Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Simpro) and processes.
• PRINCE2, PMP, or other project management certifications advantageous.
• Health & Safety knowledge/certifications desirable.
• Full driving licence required.
