Job Title: Public Sector Account Manager - MSP Location: London (site and office visits) Salary: £60,000–£80,000 base + £120,000–£160,000 OTE

- Drive new logo acquisition and grow existing public sector accounts across local government and councils.
- Work directly with Microsoft and other partners to deliver cloud, M365, Azure, Cohesity, and managed service solutions.
- Lead bids, proposals, and framework opportunities with confidence and commercial acumen.
- Own your territory, taking a self-starter approach to target and win business without waiting for leads to fall in your lap.
- Collaborate with internal teams to maximise opportunities and ensure seamless service delivery for clients.
- Be the face of the company for your accounts, delivering exceptional customer experiences and achieving high retention rates.
- 10-15 years’ experience in sales or account management, ideally in public sector or Microsoft partner environments.
- Proven track record in new business generation, sales performance, and account growth.
- Hands-on knowledge of Microsoft stack, Azure, M365, and cloud/managed services.
- Experience working with frameworks, bids, and public sector procurement processes.
- Energetic, self-motivated, and driven to make things happen - this isn’t a “sit back and wait” role.
