Job Title: Senior Account Manager - IT Solutions & Managed Services Location: Oxfordshire (Hybrid - 2–3 days per week in-office) Salary: £35,000 - £45,000 (£100K+ OTE)
A high-growth technology solutions provider is seeking a Senior Account Manager to join its expanding commercial team following a recent acquisition. This is a key hire to replace a high-performing individual and offers immediate access to warm opportunities, strong internal support, and significant earning potential.
This role sits within a fast-paced, ambitious sales environment focused on delivering IT infrastructure, managed services, and cybersecurity solutions to mid-market organisations.
Following a recent merger, the business is uniquely positioned to offer a broader portfolio of services, increased buying power, and a steady flow of qualified leads. You’ll inherit a base of active customers alongside access to a large internal referral network, giving you the platform to generate revenue quickly.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow an existing portfolio of accounts while actively hunting for new business
- Identify and close opportunities across IT hardware, managed services, and cybersecurity
- Build strong relationships with key decision-makers within organisations of 100–500 users
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored, high-value solutions
- Consistently achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly GP targets
- Proven track record in IT sales (reseller, MSP, or solutions environment)
- Strong experience selling across hardware, services, or cybersecurity (e.g. Microsoft, Sophos or similar vendors)
- A proactive, self-starting approach with a genuine hunger to win new business
- Comfortable operating in a fast-moving, high-growth environment
- Reliable, professional, and driven to exceed targets
- Uncapped commission structure with accelerators and quarterly kickers
- Realistic £100k+ OTE (top performers earning £110k+)
