As a Project Coordinator, you will be responsible for supporting the successful delivery of AV projects by managing logistics, coordinating suppliers, and ensuring technical accuracy throughout the process. Key responsibilities include:
- Coordinating project delivery from initiation to completion, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
- Supporting Project Managers with scheduling, procurement, documentation, and resource allocation.
- Interpreting technical drawings and assisting with equipment lists and design documentation.
- Managing equipment deliveries to ensure timely on-site availability.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with suppliers, negotiating pricing and delivery terms.
- Monitoring project milestones and producing status reports.
- Proactively resolving issues such as delayed or missing goods.
- Previous experience in a project coordination or administration role, ideally within the AV or technology integration industry.
- Understanding of AV systems and components (e.g., displays, control systems, conferencing equipment).
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics.
- Knowledge of logistics, freight, and international shipping processes is an advantage.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Competency in Microsoft Office and project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Smartsheet).
- Full, clean UK driving licence.
- 40-hour working week.
