Job Title: Project Manager - AV Integration Location: London (On-site and remote hybrid) Salary: £50,000 - £65,000

As Project Manager, you will take full ownership of AV projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to TD’s exacting standards. You will maintain positive relationships with clients, design teams, and contractors to secure repeat business and successful handovers.
- Managing day-to-day project operations and communication with clients, design teams, contractors, and onsite staff
- Acting as the client-facing representative to explain systems, propose alternatives, and lead project handovers
- Collaborating with engineers and third-party teams to ensure all resources, documentation, and access are in place to maintain quality standards
- Designing racks in line with company guidelines, often working alongside the Lead Engineer
- Overseeing the project support team to produce and update drawings on schedule
- Managing procurement to ensure equipment meets project requirements and stays within budget and timeline
- Ensuring site safety and RAMS compliance
- Leading or attending meetings, providing clear and professional project updates
- Making design adjustments as required when design teams are not involved
- Developing and maintaining project programmes
- Handling project finances including invoicing, variations, and quotes, ensuring funds are secured before purchases
- Managing personnel involved in the project to foster a positive and productive environment
- Providing feedback to the design team on equipment and system performance
- Overseeing project handover to clients and the maintenance team alongside company partners
- Strong understanding of Audio Visual systems and their integration
- Experience with AV and lighting control systems such as Crestron, Savant, and Lutron
- Knowledge of cinema and surround sound systems
- Proficient in designing, reading, and interpreting technical drawings and schematics
- Electrical knowledge with hands-on field experience
- Skilled in fault-finding and problem solving
- Proven ability to manage projects, finances, and client relationships effectively
- Senior-level responsibility and accountability mindset
- Willingness to participate in out-of-hours call rota for frontline support
