- Provide professional advice on market conditions, CV and interview techniques and manage expectations.

As you progress within the role you will receive training in:
- Prospecting for new business by communicating with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs.
- Consulting and engaging with clients to understand their requirements and sell the most appropriate solution for attracting the right candidates.
We're looking for a Recruitment Consultant who has experienced in building long term relationships with both clients and candidates. You will be passionate about delivery and maintaining and growing an exciting & lucrative desk within the technology space.

- Be confident in communicating with professional organisations over the phone, email, and face to face.
- Be resilient, this job isn't for the faint hearted, you must be a confident person that is willing to work hard to deliver.
